Post-fermented, previously unusual dark tea in Europe from the southern Chinese province of Yunnan. Dark brown leaf with a gray sheen on the surface. This tea is characterized by a typical (earthy) aroma of ancient Buddhist monasteries. It requires a longer time for infusion, in the cup it then gives off an infusion of even coffee dark colors. After the first surprise, it tastes captivating.
